Anthony's Place

Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 29, 2026

Anthony’s Place is opening soon in Albany, Oregon. This policy explains, in plain language, what information we collect through this website and how we use it. We’ve tried to keep it short and honest.

What we collect

When you use our contact, waitlist, or tour-request form, we collect the information you choose to give us: your name, email address, phone number (optional), the kind of request you select (waitlist, tour, or general question), and the message you write. We do not use cookies or website analytics.

Why we collect it

We use your information only to respond to you and, if you join our waitlist, to let you know when we open. We ask that you not include detailed medical information in the form — we’ll gather what we need securely after we connect with you.

Who sees it

Your message is delivered by email to the owner of Anthony’s Place. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We use a reputable email delivery provider solely to transmit your message to us.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as needed to respond to you or, for waitlist requests, until we’ve contacted you about opening — or until you ask us to remove you, whichever comes first.

Your choices and rights

Under the Oregon Consumer Privacy Act, you may ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you’ve shared with us, and you can ask to be removed from our waitlist at any time. To make any of these requests, just send us a message through our contact form and we’ll take care of it.

Questions

If you have any questions about this policy, please reach out through our contact form and we’ll be glad to help.
